From time to time, my clients need gifts that Barrington, Prestige, and Heritage don't manufacture.  To that I say, "NO PROBLEM!"  I have relationships with other manufacturers of high-end quality custom gifts.  Remember, it never hurts to ask...worst case I say "I'm sorry, I don't have."  More often than not, I'm able to satisfy most client gift needs.
